Contact Colorado ESA Letter
Office hours are 7 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Sunday. Online support runs 24 hours a day, and a person reads every message.
Pick the channel that fits
Live chat, bottom corner of every page, staffed around the clock. Quickest for booking, pricing or a letter you already hold.
Email reaches the same team, usually within a couple of hours.
Straight to booking if you already know what you need. That skips us and puts you in front of a Colorado clinician.
Hours
Consultations: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 11 PM Mountain time
Support: 24 hours a day
Coverage
Every Colorado county. Consultations happen online, so a booking from Grand Junction runs the same as one from Denver.
Include these and save a round trip
- The email address you booked under, if you are already a client.
- Roughly when your appointment was.
- For a correction, the letter plus the exact wording your landlord or HOA asked for. Quoting them word for word gets it right first time.
- For billing, the date and amount as they appear on your statement.
Leave these out
Clinical detail does not belong in email or chat. Bring it to your consultation, which runs encrypted and HIPAA-aligned, and which Colorado law requires you to have anyway.
Things you can settle without us
- Need a letter? Book an appointment. Same-day slots are usually open.
- Want the price? The pricing page lists everything, including what we deliberately do not sell.
- Landlord or HOA pushing back? Our Colorado ESA laws page covers HB26-1045, the bona fide provider rule and what to do if refused.
- Need a correction? Email the letter and the requested change. Reissues are free and usually same-day.
In crisis, do not wait on an email. Call or text 988 for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or reach Colorado Crisis Services, available statewide by phone, text and walk-in. Call 911 if someone is in immediate danger. We are a scheduled, non-emergency service.
If we fall short
Tell us first and let us fix it. If we cannot, Colorado gives you real options and we are not going to bury them. Complaints about a clinician go to the Department of Regulatory Agencies. Consumer complaints go to the Colorado Attorney General. Health privacy complaints go to the HHS Office for Civil Rights. A refused accommodation goes to the Colorado Civil Rights Division. All four are linked below.
Contact questions
What is the fastest way to get an answer?
Live chat, staffed 24 hours. Email reaches the same team and most replies go out within a couple of hours.
Do you take phone calls?
We work through chat, email and scheduled consultations, which keeps clinicians free for appointments. Ask by email and we will arrange a call-back where a question needs one.
Can I email you my medical records?
Please do not. Email and chat are the wrong channel for clinical information. Bring it to your consultation instead.
How do I move my appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation, or write to support. There is no rescheduling fee.
Who regulates the clinicians?
The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations. You can verify a licence or file a complaint there directly.
